Personality Test

After taking the personality test the results came back and recognized me as Guardian, which I also picked first in my first blog.

I would use this information from the testing to my best abilities for my students and hope to pass along this information so they could also benefit by having some of these traits. Teaching them how to become independent and self-confident among others. Work hard will always pay off.

Learning outcomes:

1. What are the personality types?
Guardian, Idealists, Rational, and Artisan

2. How can awareness of personal characteristics improve performance in a learning environment?
Knowing what traits you have can definelty improve your performance in a learning environment cause you can pass along those traits to someone else and help them learn what you been taught.
